Family with an yearly income of up to Rs. 2 lakhs are eligible for benefits under "Vhali Dikri Yojna."
- At the time of admission of daughter in first standard, Assistance of Rs. 4000/-
- When the daughter comes to standard in the boat, Rs. 600/- financial support
- 18 years to daughter Rs. 1,00,000financial assistance : Provision of significant financial assistance by the Government of Gujarat for higher education and marriage
To increase the birth rate of daughters in the state, to improve the socio-economic status of daughters, to promote girls education and to reduce drop-out rate in schools and result-oriented launch of Vhali Dikri Yojnaby the State Government.
